Enjoy a morning or afternoon guided snorkelling tour to your chosen destination, then meet your guide back at the beach at pre-negotiated time for a traditional sunset beach BBQ consisting of fresh fish (or whole chicken) marinated in local spices then grilled on coals, freshly made sambal matah (mild or hot) and rice.
