2. Travel Insurance & Liability

2.1 Whilst every care is taken to ensure the safety of our customers and staff, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for their own personal safety and health whllst participating in any activities arranged for them by Agus Amed Tours.

2.2 Participants are strongly advised to take out personal travel insurance covering any accidents, illnesses, incidents & repatriation.

2.3 In the case of any accidents, injuries or incidents occurring whilst participating in any activities arranged by us "the organiser" or any medical expenses or repatriation expenses incurred by the "the customer" Agus Amed Tours declines full and all responsibilities.

3. Payments & Refunds

3.1 All prices quoted are in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah)

Advance bookings and/or group bookings can be made by bank transfer. Other bookings are to be paid prior to commencement of booked activity by either bank transfer or cash on the day.

3.2 In the event of cancellation or no show when payment has been made by bank transfer no refund will be applicable. Furthermore no refunds will be given after commencement of any activity.
